This is a full-day travel photography and video service designed to document your trip as it unfolds.
I stay with you throughout the day, capturing the people, places, activities, and moments that make the experience yours.
Depending on the coverage you choose, this can include natural travel photography, planned portraits, and vlog-style video that brings the story of the journey to life.

Plan your Coverage
Share your trip schedule and plans with me. Together, we'll coordinate the coverage days, locations, and activities so we know what to expect and can plan accordingly.
We'll be ready and set before we go.

Travel and Enjoy
Once we're on the ground, you simply live your trip. I move with you, following your schedule and capturing the moments as they unfold.
When it's time for a planned portrait or experience, we'll make it happen without interrupting the journey.
Afterward, you receive your photos and videos edited, organized, and ready to revisit for years to come.

Travel Expenses & Coverage Terms

Travel Expenses
Covered by you, separate from service fees
Travel expenses are separate from the professional service fee and are covered by you as the client.
You provide:
• Round‑trip airfare
• Hotel accommodation
• Transportation required for the itinerary
• Any required travel expenses
Coverage Terms
How a full day of documentation works
A Full Day means up to 12 hours of coverage.
Travel days (getting to and from your destination) are not scheduled coverage days. Incidental photography or video may be captured during travel days at my discretion, but they are not counted as full coverage days.
If you’d like to extend coverage beyond 12 hours in a single day, additional time is $50 USD per hour, subject to availability.
